CITIZEN QUARTZ CHRONOGRAPH

Got a better start on the day today compared to the awesomely lazy day I had yesterday. I guess I did work on the water project, but I mostly napped, watched movies, went for a drive and ran into Forrest as we both were winding up our very similarly lazy days, well we both did laundery, at Taco Bell, totally unplanned, very funny.

I had a list of stuff to get done, have the car inspected, change it's oil, fill out paper work for a SS card replacement. I ran to 3 different Jiffy Lubes and finally found out my Oregon Insurance wasn't good enough to get inspected, bummer. Got my oil changed and headed back to the office.

I was eating lunch watching a movie and cruising online to see what new places were listed when I decided I wanted to go test ride the Sport since I had pretty much finished it. I grab it, forget my wallet, and hit the streets. I end up riding around looking at apartments, taking down numbers and shooting pictures of potential places. Next thing I know I am in a nice little session like I was when I was a kid just cruising the streets and hitting what ever crosses my path.

After another stop and a phone call put into a real nice place I figured I could not afford I hit the road again to meet up with Forrest since he wanted to check out the Haro. On my way to his place I get a call back from the really nice spot and find out it is totally affordable. I immediately haggle the price down another $25 a month and set up a meeting for tomorrow to check it out. Stoked!

The rest of the day included some fun shredding with Forrest as he showed me around the area on our bikes. I shot the above picture when he was showing me the awesome view of the Green Belt. So great to be in a place again with trees and some real nature. We rode a while more and I ended up bending the seatpost on the bike trying to film a footplant tailwhip. Quick reminder why modern bikes are so good.

When I got home I took care of the SS card paperwork and called the family to check in and see what was going on. Called it a night at Buca di Beppo with Forrest again. That place hits. Up early to check the place out and then pick up a Ryder van to go furniture hunting for the office.

Today was a pretty simple day. I woke up at 11 and didn't do much. I had a sudden crazing to play some shooting games on the Wii so I played with my nephew. My brother came home today so my nephew and 2 nieces were running around everywhere and it started raining in the middle of the day. So I just stayed home and played Resident Evil on the Wii practically the whole day while two of my friends just lazied in my room watching some movie online. I then ended the night by watching a movie online myself when the place got quiet and everyone left or slept.
